What is Transhumanism And The Future Of Humanity

Abhishek Sharma
We are in fourth phase of the industrial revolution and the way science and technology evolving, we are very near to see science fiction become reality.
Transhuman is one of the future technology.

Let see about transhumanism....

Transhumanism

transhumanism,anarcho transhumanism,transhumanism definition,define transhumanism,what is transhumanism,transhumanism news

The belief or explanation (of why something works or happens the way it does) that the human race can change (and get better) beyond its current physical and mental limits, especially by means of science and technology.

History

Basic ideas of transhumanism were first advanced in 1923 by the British (expert on the tiny chemical assembly instructions inside of living things) J. B. S. Haldane in his (written opinion) Daedalus: Science and the Future, which (described a possible future event) that great benefits would come from the use of advanced sciences to human (study of living things/qualities of living things)--and that every such advance would first appear to someone as anti-God speech or weird and mentally sick ruining, "indecent and unnatural".[citation needed].

Especially, he was interested in the development of the science of (the science of creating better races of people), ectogenesis (creating and sustaining life in a (not made by nature/fake) (surrounding conditions)), and the use of (the study of tiny chemical assembly instructions inside of living things) to improve human (features/ qualities/ traits), such as health and intelligence.

How it will change everything

In the age of artificial intelligence we are advancing more in science and technology field. One of the futuristic topic is transhumans. Transhuman is more advanced as compare to today's human.
This will gives immortality to humans and reshape our futures. We are able reshape our Subconscious mind and store our memories.

But as thinking human beings, we care about far more than that. Awakeness/awareness means that we have the ability to experience the world, to reflect upon, and - most importantly - to shape it. And so, what begins as Humanism - our most understanding and treatment of (how humans are) - becomes Transhumanism - the drive to basically (totally change and improve) what it means to be human by way of technological (times of moving ahead or up).

Changing (how humans are) might be the most dangerous idea in all of human history, or maybe the most freeing. Generally speaking, Transhumanist thought does two things: First, it thinks about/believes current (popular things/general ways things are going) to see how future technologies willdevelop, and how they might affect us. Second, it calls for the use of current, and upcoming technology, to bring about helpful (related to social pressure, how people act toward each other, etc.) change.

There are three central areas of Transhumanist thought: "Super longevity","superintelligence" and "superwellbeing" dubbed "the three supers"because of their amazing/very unusual super-important (possible greatness or power).

However, the most powerful body enlargement will come from (related to the body function of living things) enlargement as a result of increased understanding of our (total sets of tiny chemical assembly instructions of a living thing), advances in IVF technology that may allow us to select the most smart (animals in very early life stages), and powerful CRISPR gene-editing technology which may one day give us the ability to eliminate all passed on from parents to children sicknesses.

The question is: when the technology reaches this level, will it be (honest and right) to allow doctors (that operate on people) to replace someone's limbs with carbon-fibre blades just so they can win gold medals? The simple answer is there are many companies like neuralink with Elon Musk works on basically brain implants in order to allow your brain to interface directly with machine intelligence. Now why is this important? Well, machine intelligence is important because... in Wall Street, say, mid-level traders are being wiped off the floors.

And this is because they can't compete with algorithms. So, what a lot of entrepreneurs want to do is, in order to have humans keep up, they want to merge our brains with machines so we can think in real time. The thing in your pocket -cell phone, smartphone - can be put into your head through an implant or a headset. Already in Florida, they're racing drones around a track and so on, just using brain wave technology. And already, you can have conversations in your mind with people through headsets and brain wave implants and things like that. Elon Musk says there'll be commercial device in 5 years.

I don't know if that's the case, but definitely within 10 years, there's a good chance there'll be commercial device on the market that'll let you talk to your friend or give a speech in real time as I'm doing where people would hear it and listen and answer back and you would hear it in your head. So, will we get brain implants? It's almost 100% yes. In 2015 a flexible circuit has been injected into mouse brain and a device called neural dust it is a type of brain–computer interface. The sensors may be used to study, monitor, or control the nerves and muscles and to remotely monitor neural activity. In recent times neuralink successful put a chip in pig.

Conclusion

This is just a beginning towards the future. We are going to develop more and more technology in the coming years

DNA profiling

Abhishek Sharma

Today I am going to share information about DNA profiling and it's importance.

What is DNA

Deoxyribonucleic acid is the hereditary material in humans and almost all other organisms. DNA carry genetic instructions for the development, functioning, growth and reproduction of all known organisms and many viruses. There are three types of DNA. These are terms A-form, B-form,and Z-form DNA.

What is DNA profiling

DNA profiling is process of determining an individual's DNA characteristics. It is use to get profile (DNA pattern) from a person.

Human DNA consists of 3 billion bases (ATCG). More than 99% of those bases are the same in all people. However, specific regions vary highly between people. These regions are called polymorphic. These different region inherit by our parents is known as polymorphisms. These unique region helps to get DNA profile.

History of DNA profiling

DNA profiling first started out in the 1980s.
The first patent covering the direct use of DNA variation for forensics was filed by Dr. Jeffrey Glassberg in 1983. In the UK, Geneticist Sir Alec Jeffreys independently developed a DNA profiling process in beginning in late 1984, while working in the Department of Genetics at the University of Leicester.

In India DNA fingerprinting was started by Dr. VK Kashyap and Dr. Lalji Singh. Dr.Singh was popularly known as the "Father of Indian DNA fingerprinting".

DNA profiling methods

DNA EXTRACTION

DNA need to extract from cell and purified.
The cell and nuclear membranes need to be broken up to allow the DNA to be free in solution. Once the DNA is free, it can be separated from all other cellular components. After the DNA has been separated in solution, the remaining cellular debris can then be removed from the solution and discarded, leaving only DNA. There many methods to extract DNA. These are Organic extraction,Chelex extraction and solid phase extraction.

RFLP analysis

DNA is collected from cells and cut into small pieces using a restriction enzyme (a restriction digest).

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis

PCR is a method widely used to rapidly make millions to billions of copies of a specific DNA sample, allowing scientists to take a very small sample of DNA and amplify it to a large enough amount to study in detail.

STR analysis

Short tandem repeats are regions of non-coding DNA that contain repeats of the same nucleotide sequence. For example, ATCGATCGATCGATCG is an STR where the nucleotide sequence ATCG is repeated four times.

The variable (polymorphic) nature of the STR regions that are analyzed for forensic testing intensifies the discrimination between one DNA profile and another.

Application of DNA profiling

  • It is used for parentage testing, to establish immigration eligibility, and in genealogical and medical research.
  • Identification of blood relatives.
  • It is used to detect maternal cell contamination.
  • DNA profiling also enhances the criminal system's accuracy.

Subconscious mind

Abhishek Sharma
Have you ever wondered what is the effect of subconscious mind on your day to day life. In this blog we are going to understand the effect of subconscious mind on our lives.

Let's start....

Subconscious mind

The hidden part of your mind that store your emotion, belief, habits, values and many more. It is not currently in focal awareness. It's effect your behaviour without knowing you (also known as nonconscious mind). The term is coined by Pierre Janet.

How it's work

"Practice makes you perfect ", you must have already heard this quote before from your parents and teachers.

Subconscious mind tracks pattern and create comfort zone. When you do something regularly it's become habits and habits create pattern. This makes the comfort zone. It works to keep you in comfort zone. That's why you feel uncomfortable when you do anything that breaks pattern. Deja Vu is one of the example of your created pattern that goes fully unnoticed by you. It's like fully programmed machine working day and night to enhance your life.

That's why you always heard about ''think positive'' from successful person. When you are sleeping the subconscious mind keeps working in background. Science shows that we still hear and process everything even while asleep. Dreams are just electrical impulses occur in our brain that taps into random images from our subconscious mind. Dream's is like you seeing the gallery of memories. Subconscious mind keeps working at night to increase yours understanding of world. The more in tune with your subconscious you become, the closer you will be to breaking through to success. This is the power of subconscious mind

We have very few data about subconscious mind. Science is working more on this topic.

Difference between subconscious mind and unconscious mind

The unconscious mind is still viewed by many psychological scientists as the shadow of a “real” conscious mind. Whereas subconscious mind is not currently in focal awareness.

Interesting facts about subconscious mind

  • It is one million times powerful than conscious mind.
  • It speaks to you in dreams.
  • Homeostatic impulse keeps your body temperature at 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. It keeps you breathing regularly and keeps your heart beating at a certain rate.
  • It controls 95% of our lives.
  • Before sleeping, 90% of your mind begin to imagine the stuff you would like to happen.
  • It take everything literally.
  • It has no verbal language.
  • It can do trillion things at once.
  • It record everything.
  • Is not logical, it's the feeling mind.
  • Always alert and awake.
  • It is built on habituation.

How to reprogram our subconscious mind

  1. Be willing to see the unchangeable change and remember great things never come from comfort zones.
  2. Surround yourself with positive reinforcement.
  3. Speak your success as a present fact, not a future plan.
  4. Identify your resistance.
  5. Have a master plan for your life.
  6. Motivate yourself daily.

Interesting scientific theories

Here are the top interesting theories you should to know about it.

We all know about scientific theories, as we study at our school and Colleges.first of all we will see, What is scientific theory means.

What is scientific theory ?

A scientific theory is a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world, based on a body of facts that have been repeatedly confirmed through observation and experiment. wait, but don't confuse between fact and theory. Fact and theories both are different. In the scientific method, there is a clear distinction between facts, which can be observed and measured, and theories, which are scientists' explanations and interpretations of the facts.

Here top interesting scientific theories.

Minkowski space

If you want to find a position of particle, you'll need a 3d dimension graph. In Real world which consists full of events. If you want to define events mathematically you need time as well. So basically events are measured by 3d space and time. This space is known as minkowski space. This concept was initially developed by the Scientist Hermann Minkowski for Maxwell’s equation of electromagnetism.

Information theory

In 1948 scientists named Claude Shannon proposed a theory to find fundamental limits on signal processing and communication operations such as data compression. Information is defined as the measure of the decrease of uncertainty for a receiver.

Shannon gave information a numerical or mathematical value based on probability defined in terms of the concept of Shannon entropy (information entropy).

Heliocentrism

Heliocentrism is the astronomical model in which the Earth and planets revolve around the Sun at the center of the Solar System. This theory proposed by mathematician, astronomer, and Catholic cleric Nicolaus Copernicus, leading to the Copernican Revolution.

Did you know geocentric theory was supported by astronomer and mathematician Ptolemy. He believed that the Earth was the center of the Universe. The word for earth in Greek is "geo".

Heisenberg uncertainty principle

Introduced first in 1927 by the German physicist Werner Heisenberg, the uncertainty principle states that the more precisely the position of some particle is determined, the less precisely its momentum can be predicted from initial conditions, and vice versa.

If you don't understand, I will explain you with example. Let see....

Heisenberg principal define as every events are uncertain in nature. We cannot predict future. We have many plans in 2020 but we all know what happened in 2020. All plans failed because of corona virus. This is perfect example of uncertainty principle.

Whereas there many scientists believe we can predict or define events using mathematics and physics.

I will update this or give you interesting theories in another blog. What do think about this blog let know in the comment section.

Science and technology

Abhishek Sharma

 Science

We have always read about science since childhood, but what does science really mean.

So,what is science?

Science basically derived from Latin word

"scientia",which means knowledge.

Is a systematic enterprise that constructs and organizes knowledge about the universe in the form of testable explanations and predictions

In simple words

Science provides systematic knowledge about the physical world.

Technology

Technology increasing day by day but we are not fully aware of its power.
So, what is the power technology ?
Firstly, we have to understand what technology is.

What is technology?

Technology derived from Greek word ("τέχνη",techne, "art, skill, cunning of hand"; and -λογία, logia.)
It means science of craft.
Technology can be the knowledge (science) of techniques, processes, and the like, or it can be embedded in machines to allow for operation without detailed knowledge of their workings.

In simple words
A object which reduces human effort or human hard work.

Difference between of science and technology

The words science and technology can and often are used interchangeably. But the goal of science is the pursuit of knowledge for its own sake while the goal of technology is to create products that solve problems and improve human life. Simply put, technology is the practical application of science.

Look in the image.

Importance of science and technology

It give vision to see the world differently
It helps us find out where the universe started and where is headed towards.

Science and technology are important parts of our day to day life. We get up in the morning from the ringing of our alarm clocks and go to bed at night after switching our lights off. All these luxuries that we are able to afford are a resultant of science and technology. Most importantly, how we can do all this in a short time are because of the advancement of science and technology only. It is hard to imagine our life now without science and technology. Indeed our existence itself depends on it now. Every day new technologies are coming up which are making human life easier and more comfortable. Thus, we live in an era of science and technology.

Final words

Science and technology is important but we do not have to depend completely on it.
